Unbelievable Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. Vanilla

Mix all ingredients together until dough is very stiff.
Roll into balls and place on an ungreased cookie
sheet. Press down with a fork in a criss cross pattern.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 mins.
Let cool completely.
